《GB/T 40075-2021城市轨道交通六轴铰接转向架轻轨车辆通用技术条件》由TC290(全国城市轨道交通标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为住房和城乡建设部。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Technical module | Type I vehicle parameters | Type II vehicle parameters | Test requirements |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vehicle length | ≤28700mm | ≤24000mm | Measured by laser rangefinder |
| Maximum speed | 100km/h | 80km/h | In compliance with GB/T5599 |
| Emergency braking distance | Deceleration ≥ 1.2m/s² | AW3 load condition | |
Key technical requirements
Articulated device design: Chapter 7 of the standard clearly requires that the articulated device must withstand 400kN compression load and 300kN tensile load, and the life of metal parts must not be less than 30 years. In actual applications, the weathering steel articulated support used by CRRC Zhuzhou has passed EN12663-1:2010 certification.
Dynamic envelope control: Appendix A provides the envelope coordinate data of Type I/II vehicles. When passing through curves, the gap between the bogie and the car body must be ≥50mm. The Wuhan Optics Valley project uses a 3D laser scanner for verification.
Implementation suggestions
- Bogie maintenance should focus on the air tightness of the air spring (pressure drop ≤10kPa after maintaining pressure for 10 minutes)
- A 6dB margin should be reserved for electromagnetic compatibility testing. It is recommended to use a spectrum analyzer to scan the 150kHz-30MHz frequency band
- The wheelchair area setting must comply with the 850mm×1300mm space requirement of UIC5653
Standard evolution analysis
Compared with the old version of the standard, GB/T40075-2021 adds:
- Magnetic field strength limit (static magnetic field ≤1mT)
- Video surveillance storage ≥90 days
- Clearly define the power supply requirements for energy storage devices
