《GB/T 4026-2004人机界面标志标识的基本方法和安全规则 设备端子和特定导体终端标识及字母数字系统的应用通则》由TC25（全国电气安全标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准适用于如电阻、熔断器、继电器、导体、变压器、旋转机及这类电气设备组合的端子的标识与标志。此外，本标准也适用于某些特定导体的终端的标识。
Scope
This standard applies to identification and marking of terminals such as resistors, fuses, relays, conductors, transformers, rotating machinery and combinations of such electrical equipment. In addition, this standard also applies to the marking of the terminals of some specific conductors. This basic safety publication may be applied by technical committees when developing standards following the principles defined in IEC Guide 104 and ISO/IEC Guide 51. It should be noted that one of the responsibilities of technical committees is to include or refer to the requirements of basic safety publications as far as possible when preparing standards applicable to a certain type of equipment.
