Key technical requirements
Food safety assurance: The untreated surface must comply with GB4806.9, and the coated surface must meet GB4806.10, where Cr6+ content ≤0.01%, and the total amount of heavy metals ≤0.15%.
Surface treatment type: It includes 7 processes such as pre-coating oil (W), passivation (P), protective oil (D), and coating (C). The coating density is controlled at 2.5-22g/m² according to the difference in filling materials.

Implementation suggestions
Key points to pay attention to during production: ingot hydrogen content ≤0.15mL/100gAl, hot rolling coiling temperature ≥ recrystallization temperature, and regular monitoring of cold rolling oil cleanliness. It is recommended to use a three-stand continuous rolling mill and an intelligent annealing temperature control system (accuracy ±0.5℃).
