Article 5.2 of the standard specifies the dynamic compensation coefficient of the hydraulic cylinder top lift. In actual operation, it is recommended to set it according to the sea conditions:
- For sea conditions below level 3, take a coefficient of 1.4 times
- For sea conditions of level 4-5, it needs to be increased to more than 2.0 times
