1. Injury Scenario Construction
The standard requires the establishment of an injury scenario model containing 8 major elements. Taking magnetic toys as an example, the following factors need to be considered:
- The frequency of children swallowing magnetic beads (≥2 beads)
- Pathological mechanism of intestinal perforation
- Effectiveness of existing warning signs
2. Risk Quantification Method
The composite weight calculation formula is used: P=40%P1+30%P2+30%P3
Implementation suggestions
- Establish a product life cycle archive to record all injury case data
- Implement annual assessment of high-risk categories such as children's products
- Refer to Appendix A for the example to prepare a standardized assessment report template
- Include components with a magnetic flux index ≥50kG²mm² in the key control points
