《GB/T 411-2008棉印染布》由TC209（全国纺织品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC209SC11（全国纺织品标准化技术委员会印染制品分会）执行，主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ４１１―１９９３《棉印染布》。本标准规定了棉印染布的术语和定义、分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志和包装。
本标准适用于服装、家纺用的各类漂白、染色和印花棉布。
本标准不适用于提花和绒类织物的产品。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ４１１―１９９３相比主要改变如下：
―――扩大了适用范围；
―――分等规定中取消三等品；
―――增加经向密度、撕破强力的考核指标；
―――断裂强力考核指标按最低值；
―――水洗尺寸变化率经向指标收严；
―――色牢度不再按染料类别考核，而设统一值，且指标收严；
―――外观质量局部性疵点评分由十分制改为四分制；允许评分由分／ｍ 改为分／ｍ２ 计算；除边疵外，其余采用０起点；
―――外观质量将局部性疵点与散布性疵点结合评定改为以最低等级评定；
―――取消了耐刷洗色牢度的考核。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of cotton printed and dyed fabrics. This standard applies to all kinds of bleached, dyed and printed cotton fabrics for clothing and home textiles. This standard does not apply to jacquard and velvet fabric products.
