Interpretation of the core content of the standard

The GB/T41258-2022 standard constructs an energy efficiency data model framework for equipment such as CNC machine tools and industrial robots in discrete manufacturing scenarios, and realizes standardized collection and analysis of energy consumption data through the three major elements of static attribute set, process attribute set, and method set.

Key technical elements

Energy consumption attribute subset includes:

  • Current input energy (InEnergyC): Real-time monitoring of the instantaneous power consumption of the machining center
