Analysis of standard technical framework
This document establishes a complete technical system for the detection of chlorpyrifos and its analogues in organophosphorus insecticide products using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Table 1 shows the maximum residue limits of the main test substances in different dosage forms:

Analysis of key technology evolution
Compared with traditional ECD detection, this standard adopts SIM scanning mode:
1. The accuracy of mass spectrometry quantitative ions is improved by 50% (198→322m/z resolution)
2. The (50%-phenyl)methylsiloxane column is used to improve the suppression efficiency of biphenyl interference signals by 65%
Key points for implementation of detection process
Note on solution preparation: The gradient preparation error of standard solution A/B/C should be controlled within △5μL
The temperature control parameters show that the initial column temperature of 170℃ must be maintained for 15min±30s to achieve baseline separation
