《GB/T 41314-2022建筑光伏组件用镀膜玻璃》由TC255(全国建筑用玻璃标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
GB/T41314-2022 is my country's first national standard specifically for coated glass for building photovoltaic modules, which stipulates the technical requirements for tempered or semi-tempered coated glass produced by float/calendering process. The standard innovatively divides the products into front glass (requires high light transmittance) and back glass (requires high reflectivity), and establishes a system of 21 performance indicators.
Comparison of key performance indicators
| Performance category | Front glass requirements | Back glass requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Optical performance | Photovoltaic transmittance ≥93.5% (below 3.2mm) | Photovoltaic reflectance ≥70% |
| Film hardness | ≥3H | ≥9H |
| Environmental tolerance | Transmittance attenuation ≤1% (10 tests including acid mist/UV/humidity and heat) | |
Technology Evolution Analysis
This standard introduces the optical performance evaluation of the photovoltaic band (380-1100nm) for the first time, which is different from the visible light band requirements of traditional architectural glass. In terms of durability testing, the IEC61215 photovoltaic module test method is innovatively converted into glass material test requirements, such as:
- Total UV radiation resistance 15kWh/m² (280-400nm)
- 10 humidity-freeze cycles (-40℃~+85℃)
- 1000 hours double 85 humidity and heat test
Implementation recommendations
Selection guide
For BIPV projects, it is recommended to give priority to:
- Tempered front glass with a thickness of ≥3.2mm to ensure a transmittance and impact resistance of more than 93.5%
- Products with ammonia corrosion resistance (20 cycles) and PCT aging resistance (72h) certification
- Edge treatment must comply with strict regulations that edge burst ≤ 3mm and corner chipping is not allowed
Main points for quality control
Key monitoring:
- Film hardness test should be performed using 3H/9H pencils according to GB/T6739 standard
- Optical performance measurement should adopt the 5-point method (point arrangement as shown in Figure 1)
- Sampling plan is normal inspection and sampling per GB/T2828.1, AQL=6.5
Special application scenarios
In areas prone to sandstorms, products that have passed the Level 3 sand and dust resistance test (2.2g/m³ sand blowing for 300 minutes) should be selected. For coastal high salt fog environments, special attention should be paid to the integrity of the film after 96 hours of neutral salt fog testing.
Typical case: A BIPV project in the Middle East used rolled coated glass that complies with this standard. It operated for 3 years under an average of 200 days of sandstorm weather per year, and the photovoltaic transmittance decay was only 0.8%/year.
