Key performance requirements
The standard stipulates that the hose must pass 12 stringent tests:
- Pressure test: 0.8MPa water pressure for 1 minute without leakage
- Air tightness: leakage ≤10mL/h under 20kPa air pressure
- Flow characteristics: DN32 hose flow ≥8.30m³/h@2kPa pressure difference
- High temperature resistance: 120℃ environment for 30 minutes without affecting the sealing
Taking the gas water heater connecting pipe as an example, it needs to meet the additional 10,000 swing bending test requirements.
Material Specifications
The bellows must be made of 304/316 series stainless steel (GB/T3280), key parameters:
- Tensile strength ≥520MPa
- Elongation ≥35%
- The coating must pass the 5-second flame retardant test

Installation Precautions
1. Threaded connections must use the specified torque (DN32 connector 82N·m)
2. The bending radius should not be less than 5 times the pipe diameter
3. Regularly check the aging of the coating (recommended replacement cycle of 2 years)
Key points for quality control
• Salt spray test records must be kept for production batches (96 hours of neutral salt spray)
• Every 500 pieces are sampled for bursting pressure test
