Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
GB/T41354-2022, as the technical specification for precision steel pipes for hydraulic transmission systems, mainly stipulates the technical parameters of two types of steel pipes:

Key technical differences
Compared with ISO10763:2020, this standard makes 3 important adjustments:
- GB/T2351 is used to replace ISO4397 as the outer diameter specification
- GB/T17446 terminology standard is quoted to replace ISO5598
- Redundant ISO3305 references are deleted and data is directly integrated
Pressure calculation model
Burst pressure calculation formula:
pb = Rm·ln[D/(D-2t)]
The nominal pressure takes a safety factor of 1/4 of the burst pressure to ensure system reliability.
Application Cases
When a hydraulic system uses a steel pipe with an outer diameter of 22mm and a wall thickness of 1.5mm, according to the standard calculation:
Nominal pressure = 62.4MPa/4 = 15.6MPa, which meets the high-pressure circuit requirements of engineering machinery.
Implementation Suggestions
- When purchasing, suppliers should be required to provide material certificates that comply with GB/T41354
- The system design pressure shall not exceed 80% of the nominal pressure
- Regularly check the change rate of steel pipe wall thickness (recommended ≤5%)
