Analysis of key technical indicators
The standard stipulates that the sleep current of the intelligent manhole cover device should be ≤20μA, the response time should be ≤30 seconds, and the operating temperature range should be -20℃~70℃. The electronic lock must have a dual opening mechanism: authorized opening and closing and emergency mechanical opening.
Information security requirements
According to GB/T22239, the intelligent manhole cover system should:
- Use SM2/SM4 domestic cryptographic algorithm for encryption
- Meet the requirements of Level 3 security protection
- Establish a role-based access control mechanism
Implementation suggestions
It is recommended that municipal units:
- Give priority to manhole covers made of glass fiber reinforced plastics or ductile iron
- Establish a real-time data interface with the digital city management system
- Develop a complete operation and maintenance process including hardware replacement and software upgrade
