《GB/T 4148-2003混合氯化稀土》由TC229（全国稀土标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家发展和改革委员会。
本标准规定了混合氯化稀土的要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于以稀土矿为原料，经化学法和萃取法制得的混合氯化稀土。供作单一稀土化合物制娶石油裂化催化剂、混合稀土金属、电池级混合稀土金属及各种分组稀土富集物的原料，也可用于化工、轻纺、农业等领域。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of mixed rare earth chloride. This standard applies to mixed rare earth chlorides prepared by chemical and extraction methods using rare earth ores as raw materials. It can be used as a raw material for the preparation of single rare earth compounds, petroleum cracking catalysts, mixed rare earth metals, battery grade mixed rare earth metals and various grouped rare earth enrichments. It can also be used in chemical industry, textile, agriculture and other fields.
