Introduction

Core technology innovation value

This standard achieves three breakthroughs: in-situ synthesis technology to control the dispersion of nanoparticles; optimization of the ultra-high strength matrix synergistic reinforcement mechanism; and innovation in the compatibility of new multiphase reinforcement systems. The tensile strength of 6082-based composite materials is ≥260MPa, an increase of more than 40% year-on-year.

Key stage of process evolution

2004: The laboratory achieved 0.5μm particle dispersion
2018: Nantong pilot line stably mass-produced nano-enhanced profiles
2022 version: Mandatory oxygen content ≤ 0.7% (inert gas fusion method detection accuracy 0.5μg/g)

Industry application implementation suggestions

When TiB2/6060(Y) profiles are used in automotive chassis systems: 800 hours of salt spray corrosion conditions need to be verified, and high-precision tolerance products are preferred. It is recommended that 100% of the products be subjected to ultrasonic flaw detection before entering the warehouse (according to GB/T6519 B-level acceptance).
