Introduction

Analysis of the core points of the standard

This document establishes a mass change capture model for polymer-based composite materials under the control of environmental temperature and humidity, and realizes the coordinated control of the electric blast drying oven and the constant temperature and humidity chamber through a precision balance and a moisture detector.

Comparison of technical indicators of test equipment

Equipment type Temperature range Fluctuation tolerance Humidity control
Electric blast drying oven 40-120℃ ±3℃ -
Constant temperature and humidity chamber 23-70℃ ±3℃ 50-85%RH±5%

Key requirements for sample preparation

  • Water-lubricated grinding wheel cutting machine is used for processing and forming, and the cutting surface is freely exposed
  • Standard size of special metallographic specimens: 100×100mm square
  • Different fiber volume fractions require separate preparation of accompanying samples

Analysis of diffusion coefficient calculation algorithm

According to the formula Dz=πh²(ΔM)/(16Mm²Δt), the Δt interval of the initial hygroscopic zone is processed by segmented linear regression of the data, which is valid when the correlation coefficient R²≥0.98.

Project implementation proposal

Case data: A carbon fiber reinforced epoxy sample adopts 71℃ water immersion accelerated moisture absorption method, and the calculation result of moisture diffusion coefficient is valid when the deviation from the standard recommended value is ≤7%.

  • Pre-weighing repeatability should be controlled within ±0.15%
  • Thermal history sensitive materials need to add Tg-25℃ intermediate treatment process

Technology innovation development path

Combined with ISO12571:2013 international comparison, this specification introduces dynamic variable step control algorithm for the first time to optimize data collection frequency, and the detection efficiency is improved by more than 40% compared with traditional methods.
