1 Scope
This document specifies the evaluation object and process of urban bus and trolley bus operation status, evaluation indicators and calculation methods, data requirements, bus and trolley bus operation status grading and evaluation results.
This document is applicable to the monitoring and evaluation of urban bus and trolley bus operation.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 33171 apply to this document.
three point one
Urban bus and trolley bus performance.
three point two
Travel time
The time between the two ends of a road section when a motor vehicle passes.
three point three
Bus and trolley bus travel speed The average speed obtained by dividing the distance traveled by bus and trolley bus by the travel time.
Note: The unit is kilometers per hour (km/h).

Travel speed
The average speed of a motor vehicle between two endpoints of a road section.
4 Evaluation object and process
4.1 Evaluation object
4.1.1 The evaluation object of urban bus and trolley bus operation status always includes bus and trolley bus line network, road section of line network, line and line section.
5 Evaluation index and calculation method
5.1 Basic indicators and calculation methods
5.1.1 Average transport speed of bus and trolley bus line network
See formula (1) for the calculation method of average transport speed of bus and trolley bus line network.
6 Data requirements
6.1 Geographic information data
6.1.1 The station data shall at least include the number, name, type, longitude and latitude of the station, and the information of its area.
6.1.2 The section data shall at least include the section number, length 6.1.3 Line data shall at least include line number, name, length, uplink and downlink directions, and station sequence information.
6.1.4 The area data shall at least include the area number; Name information.
6.2 Bus and trolley bus vehicle positioning data
The bus and trolley bus vehicle positioning data shall be able to describe the vehicle movement track, at least including the line number, vehicle number, longitude and latitude, line section, driving direction, speed and timestamp information, and the data sampling interval shall not exceed 30 s.
6.3 Electronic waybill data of bus and trolley bus
The electronic waybill data of the bus and trolley bus shall be able to describe the historical operation of the vehicle, at least including the line number, vehicle number, departure time and arrival time information.
6.4 Road traffic flow operation data
The road traffic flow operation data shall be able to describe the actual operation of passenger cars on the road section, at least including the number of the road section, the name of the area, the name and direction of the road, the average travel time, the average travel speed and the traffic flow information of the road section.
7 Classification of urban bus and trolley bus operation status
According to the bus and trolley bus operation status index, the urban bus and trolley bus operation status grade is divided into four grades: unblocked, basically unblocked, slow moving and congestion. The grade classification shall comply with the provisions of Table 1, and the color representation shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B.
8 Evaluation results
The evaluation results of urban bus and trolley bus operation shall be obtained according to the grade and color of urban bus and trolley bus operation given in Chapter.
The evaluation results shall be presented in the form of an evaluation report, and the contents shall include the calculation results, data analysis, evaluation grade, comparison and summary of indicators and trend charts of basic indicators, characteristic indicators and comprehensive indicators reflecting the operation status of urban bus and trolley bus.
