1. Standard Overview

GB/T41947-2022 "Fatigue Test of Multi-V Belts for Belt Drive Automobile Industry" is a dynamic test method for quality inspection of multi-V belts (PK type) used in the transmission of auxiliary equipment of internal combustion engines such as automobiles. This standard is mainly applicable to fatigue performance testing of multi-V belts for transmission in the fields of automobiles, engineering machinery, etc.

2. Background of Standard Formulation

With the development of the automotive industry, the requirements for transmission systems are increasing. Multi-V belts are widely used in the automotive industry due to their structural advantages, but their fatigue life is an important factor affecting the reliability of transmission systems. This standard is modified based on the international standard ISO11749:2014 and formulated in combination with China's actual situation to standardize the fatigue test method of multi-V belts.
