《GB/T 4213-2008气动调节阀》由TC124（全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会）归口，TC124SC1（全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会温度、流量、机械量、物位、显示仪表、执行器和结构装置分会）执行，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了工业过程控制系统用气动调节阀(亦称控制阀)的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则等。
本标准适用于气动执行机构与阀组成的各类气动调节阀(以下简称调节阀)。本标准中有关内容也适用于独立的气动执行机构和阀组件。
本标准不适用于承受放射性工作条件等国家有特定要求工作条件的调节阀。

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and other of the pneumatic industrial process control valves (also named as “control valve”) used for industrial process control system.
This standard is applicable to various pneumatic industrial process control valves composed of pneumatic actuator and valve (hereinafter referred to as "control valve"). And the relevant contents in this standard are also applicable to the independent pneumatic actuator and valve components.
This standard is not applicable to the control valves enduring the working conditions on which the State has specific requirements, such as the radioactive working conditions.
