Functional Conformance Test

Chapter 6 of the standard specifies the verification requirements for the Functional Implementation Conformance Statement (FICS):

  • Data Record Integrity: Non-volatile storage media must meet ≥24h (R1 level) or ≥8d (R2 level) data retention
  • Protection Performance: Verify data damage resistance through 11 types of protection codes (FA-FB/SA-SB, etc.)
  • Time Synchronization: Internal clock annual error <10min, synchronization cycle ≤1 month
