Introduction

Standard Framework and Technological Evolution

As the first national standard for special quality control in the field of gas turbines in my country, GB/T 42591-2023 integrates the requirements of international standards such as ISO 3977 and ASME PTC 22, and integrates the engineering practice experience of 15 drafting units including the Xi'an Thermal Engineering Research Institute. Core quality control requirements

1. Design stage

Chapter 5 of the standard requires the use of a V-shaped development model to clarify the iterative process of conceptual design → preliminary design → detailed design. The key control points include:

  • Compressor: surge margin ≥15% (5.5.3)
  • Combustion chamber: NOx emission ≤50mg/m³ (5.5.4)
  • Turbine blades: cooling efficiency ≥0.7 (5.5.5)

2. Manufacturing process

Chapter 6 stipulates 21 types of key component control items. Taking turbine moving blades as an example:

Typical case: The processing of the first-stage moving blades of a certain type of gas turbine needs to complete:
① Profile contour ≤0.05mm
② Cooling hole position ±0.1mm
③ Thermal barrier coating bonding strength ≥50MPa

  1. Point H (shutdown for inspection): rotor overspeed test, cylinder water pressure test
