Introduction
National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 42634—2023
Design Requirements for Monitoring and Control of Onboard Data Management in Space Data and Information Transmission Systems
1. Standard Overview
GB/T 42634—2023 standard aims to standardize the monitoring and control design requirements for onboard data management in space data and information transmission systems. It is applicable to the monitoring and control processing design of data management on spacecraft (satellites, probes, spacecraft, space stations, etc.), and can be used as a reference for other onboard applications and ground operation and control management.
2. Monitoring Service Description
The monitoring service is divided into three parts: monitoring management sub-service, parameter monitoring sub-service and comprehensive monitoring sub-service. Each sub-service realizes autonomous response and management of the status of the monitored object through configuration and association.
The core of satellite monitoring is to collect parameter data in real time, determine whether to trigger monitoring actions according to preset conditions, and transmit monitoring status and process parameters through the reporting organization mechanism.
3. Design requirements for monitoring management
Monitoring management is based on parameter monitoring table and comprehensive monitoring table to realize the configuration and status management of monitoring items.
- Add or delete monitoring items
- Set monitoring enable status
- Adjust monitoring period and number of readings
- Configure actions and report IDs
| Monitoring type | Parameter monitoring table | Combinatorial monitoring table |
|---|---|---|
| Number of monitoring items | Dynamically configurable, the maximum number is defined by the task | The number of associated parameter monitoring items is ≥2, and the total number is limited by the capacity of the comprehensive monitoring table |
| Monitoring condition type | Range, expected value, change | Combinatorial logic based on parameter monitoring items |
| Action configuration | Independently configure upper and lower limit actions | Associate actions for multiple parameter monitoring items |
4. Parameter monitoring design
Parameter monitoring sub-service monitors and controls a single parameter based on the parameter monitoring table. Its processing flow includes:
- Get parameter data and convert format
- Judge whether it exceeds the preset conditions
- Continuously judge to avoid misjudgment
- Trigger action or record report
The core of parameter monitoring lies in the configuration of the number of over-limit judgments and the action enable status to ensure accurate triggering of responses when conditions are met.
5. Design of integrated monitoring
The integrated monitoring sub-business monitors and controls multiple related parameters based on the integrated monitoring table. Its design features:
- Associateat least two parameter monitoring items
- Monitoring period ≥ the maximum value of all related parameter monitoring periods
- Trigger condition is based on comprehensive algorithm judgment
The advantage of integrated monitoring is that it can achieve comprehensive evaluation and decision-making of complex system status.
6. Implementation suggestions
To ensure the effective implementation of the standard, the following suggestions are put forward:
- System design phase: clarify monitoring requirements and parameter configuration, and allocate resources reasonably.
- Test verification phase: verify each monitoring item one by one to ensure effectiveness and accuracy.
- Operation and maintenance phase: Regularly check the status of the monitoring table, optimize the monitoring conditions and action configuration.
Through design verification and user confirmation, ensure that the monitoring system meets the specific task requirements.
