《GB/T 42672-2023金属和合金的腐蚀 表层海水暴露试验环境因素监测方法》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC11(全国钢标准化技术委员会金属和合金的腐蚀分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
Introduction
1. Standard Overview
GB/T 42672-2023 "Monitoring Method for Environmental Factors of Surface Seawater Exposure Test for Corrosion of Metals and Alloys" is my country's first standard specifically for monitoring environmental factors in surface seawater, and is applicable to corrosion tests of metal materials in surface seawater.
2. Comparison of monitoring frameworks
| Environmental factors | Monitoring methods | Monitoring frequency | Technical requirements |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seawater temperature | Multi-parameter water quality analyzer method or surface water temperature meter method | At least 3 times a month, with an interval of about 10 days | Measurement depth: 0.2~1.0m, record stable readings |
| Salinity and conductivity | Multi-parameter water quality analyzer method or salinometer method | Conventional monitoring | Laboratory measurement must comply with GB17378.4 |
| pH value | Multi-parameter water quality analyzer method or pH meter method | Conventional monitoring | Laboratory measurement must comply with GB17378.4 |
3. Implementation suggestions
Equipment selection:Multi-parameter water quality analyzer with integrated temperature, salinity, pH and other parameter measurement functions is preferred.
Operation specification:Keep the water depth consistent for each monitoring, record data to be true and reliable, and make up or calibrate in time for abnormal situations.
Data analysis:It is recommended to use professional software for data analysis to form monthly and annual reports, including average values, trend analysis, etc.
