Introduction

1. Background and significance of standard formulation

With the accelerated pace of urban development, the safe operation and maintenance management of urban integrated pipe corridors, as an important part of underground infrastructure, are increasingly concerned. The formulation of this standard aims to solve the problem of non-uniform and non-standard setting of pipe corridor signs in China, and provide a basis for improving the efficiency and safety of pipe corridor operation.

2. Classification and function of signs

Sign type Function description Applicable scenarios
Public information signs Transmit basic information of integrated pipe corridors, such as name, mileage pile number, etc. Cabin body, entrance and exit, intersection, etc.
Equipment and facility signs Show the purpose and ownership information of pipelines and equipment and facilities. Distribution room, fan, power system equipment, etc.
Safety signs Transmit safety information such as prohibition, warning, instruction and prompt. Dangerous areas, near key facilities, etc.

3. On-site setting requirements

Case analysis: Cabin sign setting

In the cabin, corresponding signs need to be set at different locations. For example, public information signs and safety signs need to be set at the door of the distribution room, indicating the name and number of the distribution room, and prompting "No entry" and "Beware of electric shock". These signs should be installed in a conspicuous position that does not hinder traffic.

4. Production and installation specifications

  • Material selection:The sign material must be durable and meet the requirements of GB/T26443 to ensure visibility in harsh environments.
  • Installation method:It can be attached, suspended or column-type, fixed firmly and not tilted to avoid affecting personnel safety.
  • Text and color:Use standard Chinese characters, and refer to GB5768.2 for fonts; public information signs should be white on a blue background, and safety signs should comply with GB/T2893.1.

5. Acceptance and maintenance management

The sign system needs to be filed according to the type number and inspected at least once a month. The inspection content includes location, cleanliness, installation firmness, etc. The inspection record should record abnormal conditions and corrective measures in detail to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the sign system.

6. Implementation Suggestions

  1. Training and publicity:Organize relevant personnel to carry out standard publicity and skills training to ensure understanding and implementation.
  2. Intelligent management:Introduce Internet of Things technology to monitor the status of signs in real time and improve management efficiency.
  3. Continuous optimization:According to the actual operation situation, timely adjust and improve the sign setting plan.
