Interpretation of GB/T 43359-2023 National Standard of the People's Republic of China

1. Background and significance of standard formulation

With the rapid development of my country's printing and dyeing industry, the amount of wastewater discharged and the concentration of pollutants have increased year by year, causing great pressure on the water environment. GB/T 43359-2023 "Integrated Equipment for Membrane Process for Printing and Dyeing Wastewater" came into being, aiming to standardize the application of membrane technology in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater and improve the efficiency and quality of reclaimed water reuse and brine reuse.


2. Comparison of standard frameworks

3. Core technologies and equipment

4. Detailed explanation of technical requirements

The technical requirements of integrated equipment cover aspects such as processing capacity, recovery rate, and water quality indicators:

  1. Processing capacity: The processing capacity of integrated equipment should reach the rated processing capacity, and the equipment water volume balance of only the reclaimed water reuse system is shown in Appendix A.1.
  2. Recovery rate: The reclaimed water recovery rate shall not be less than 50%, and the brine recovery rate shall not be less than 50% (in terms of TDS).
  3. Water quality indicators: The water quality of reclaimed water and reclaimed brine shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

5. Implementation suggestions

To ensure the effective implementation of the standard, the following suggestions are put forward:

  • Strengthen the standardization of equipment selection, installation and commissioning.
  • Focus on the design and maintenance of electrical control systems.
  • Strengthen the implementation of anti-corrosion and safety measures.
