Key technological innovations

Breakthrough in material system: The thickness of the gold-plated layer of the contact is ≥1.27μm, the nickel bottom layer is 1.3-3.81μm, and 17 types of hazardous substances such as cadmium/zinc are clearly prohibited (see Table 1).

Adaptability to extreme environments: Verified by 32 environmental tests including -70℃~200℃ temperature shock, 5×10⁵Gy irradiation, 1.3×10⁻⁵Pa vacuum cold welding, etc.


Implementation suggestions

  1. Preferably use the YF/JF series standardized interfaces to ensure model compatibility
  2. The electromagnetic separation device needs to be equipped with a 24V±4V/5A drive power system
  3. Contact crimping process control tension: 12# wire ≥489N (initial value)

Standard evolution analysis

Compared with the previous version, 12 new technical requirements are added, including optical fiber contact classification (4.1.4) and vacuum cold welding test (5.39), and the environmental sealing test pressure is increased from 0.1MPa to 0.2MPa.
