《GB/T 4341.3-2016金属材料 肖氏硬度试验 第3部分:标准硬度块的标定》由TC122(全国试验机标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
Introduction
Interpretation of the calibration of standard hardness blocks for Shore hardness test of metal materials
| Parameter name | Technical requirements | Scope of application |
|---|---|---|
| Standard block manufacturing process | Ensure homogeneity, structural stability and hardness uniformity | All standard blocks |
| Geometric dimensions | Rectangular: 65×52, circular: diameter 46 | Different hardness ranges |
| Surface roughness | Ra maximum value: 0.05μm (high hardness) to 0.1μm (medium and low hardness), supporting surface Ra≤0.8μm | According to the hardness range |
Technical requirements and practical applications of standard machines
Standard machines must meet the requirements of GB/T4341.2-2016, including:
- Punch drop height: 19.00mm±0.02mm
- Spherical radius: 1.00mm±0.03mm
- Rebound height deviation: ±0.025mm
- Test bench mass ≥32kg
Calibration method and environmental conditions
Calibration should be carried out in an environment with a temperature of (23±5)℃ and a humidity of ≤70%, ensuring that the center distance of the indentation is ≥2mm and the distance to the edge is ≥4mm. It is recommended to use five or more evenly distributed measurement points.
Hardness uniformity and validity of standard blocks
| Hardness range (HSD) | Allowable uniformity (HSD) | Calibration validity period |
|---|---|---|
| 91-99 | ≤1.5 | 2 years |
| 56-64 | ≤1.2 | 2 years |
| 26-34 | ≤1.2 | 2 years |
Evaluation and application of measurement uncertainty
The measurement uncertainty of the average hardness value of the standard block consists of type A and type B components. The type A uncertainty is calculated by the single experimental standard deviation (s_i) of the nine-point measurement, and combined with the expanded uncertainty of the reference machine.
- Type A uncertainty: u1(H) = s_i / √n
- Type B uncertainty: u2(H) = U / k
- Combined uncertainty: uc = √(u1² + u2²)
