Introduction

1. Background and significance of standard formulation

GB/T 43511-2023 "Rail Transit Electric Traction Overhead Rigid Contact Network" is an important standard formulated to meet the needs of the rapid development of modern rail transit. With the increase in rail transit speed, the limitations of traditional flexible contact networks under high-speed operating conditions have become increasingly prominent. Rigid contact networks have become the preferred solution due to their structural stability and high smoothness.

2. Comparison of standard frameworks

Standard dimensions GB/T 43511—2023 Reference standards (such as TB/T 3252)
Scope of application Electric traction overhead rigid contact network for rail transit with an operating speed of ≤160 km/h TB/T 3252—2022: Technical requirements for rigid suspended contact network for electrified railways
System composition Core components such as support devices, busbars and intermediate joints, contact wires, etc. TB/T 2073—2020: Technical requirements for electrified railway contact network components
Technical indicators Key parameters such as air insulation gap, contact wire height, and pull-out value TB/T 2809—2017: Technical requirements for copper and copper alloy contact wires for electrified railways

3. Analysis of core technical requirements

Case study: Application of rigid contact network in high-speed rail transit

Taking the urban rail line with a running speed of 160 km/h as an example, combined with the requirements for the contact force between the catenary and the catenary in Table 1, it is necessary to ensure that the maximum contact force does not exceed 300 N, and verify through simulation that the hard point (vertical acceleration) is less than 490 m/s². In actual applications, the calculation of the horizontal load of the support device should refer to the formula in Appendix B to ensure the safety and stability of the structure.
