《GB/T 43548-2023表面活性剂和洗涤剂中金属元素含量的测定》由TC272(全国表面活性剂和洗涤用品标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
Introduction
1. Background and significance of standard formulation
The formulation of GB/T 43548-2023 aims to standardize the determination methods of nine metal elements (arsenic, cadmium, cobalt, chromium, copper, nickel, lead, antimony, and mercury) in surfactants and detergents, ensure product quality and safety, and meet market supervision needs. This standard was proposed by the China Light Industry Federation and is managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Surfactants and Detergents.
2. Determination principle and method
This standard adopts inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), which converts metal elements into aerosol form and enters the mass spectrometer for detection through acid digestion of samples. This method has the characteristics of high sensitivity and low detection limit.
3. Comparison of standard frameworks
| Standard dimensions | GB/T 43548—2023 | Internationally accepted methods | Other domestic standards |
|---|---|---|---|
| Scope of application | Determination of metal elements in surfactants and detergents | Widely used in a variety of chemical products | Focused on specific industrial applications |
| Detection accuracy | Microgram/kilogram level | Submicrogram/kilogram level | Milligram/kilogram level |
| Detection elements | Nine metals including arsenic, cadmium and cobalt | Various non-metals and metals | Limited metal elements |
4. Implementation suggestions
4.1 Laboratory conditions
- Equipped with ICP-MS instruments to ensure that their performance meets the standard requirements.
- Laboratory personnel must receive professional training and have relevant operating experience.
- Establish a complete quality control system, calibrate equipment regularly and verify the accuracy of reagents.
4.2 Sample preparation and testing
- Strictly follow the sample digestion steps in the standard to ensure complete dissolution and no contamination.
- Use high-purity reagents and pay attention to the impact of environmental conditions on the measurement results.
- Perform blank tests and spike recovery tests regularly to verify the reliability of the method.
