1. Background of standard formulation and analysis of technological evolution
With the deepening of global marine energy development, the role of offshore mobile drilling platforms in oil and gas exploration and development is becoming increasingly important. This standard aims to standardize the drilling system configuration and technical requirements of offshore mobile drilling platforms to ensure the safety and efficiency of drilling operations. This standard combines advanced domestic and foreign technologies and experiences, and especially proposes specific recommended configurations and technical parameters for the different needs of shallow and deep water drilling.
