Introduction
National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 44360-2024
Interpretation of Technical Specifications for Data Collection of Intelligent Wind Farms for Wind Power Generation Systems
1. Background and Significance of Standard Formulation
With the transformation of the global energy structure and the increasing proportion of wind energy in renewable energy, data collection technology for wind power generation systems has become a core link to ensure the safe and reliable operation of wind farms. The formulation of GB/T 44360-2024 aims to unify the data collection requirements for intelligent wind farms, standardize the full life cycle management from sensors to data processing, and provide a scientific technical basis for the wind power industry.
2. Comparison of standard frameworks
| Standard dimensions | GB/T 44360-2024 | NB/T 31017 (reference) |
|---|---|---|
| Data collection scope | Covering the entire field such as wind turbines, substations, transmission lines, etc. | Mainly focusing on unit control and protection systems |
| Collection technical requirements | Support multiple communication protocols, emphasizing data security and real-time performance | Focus on hardware compatibility and basic collection functions |
| Transmission communication specifications | Requires the construction of a dedicated power dispatching network to support multiple protocols | The communication network topology and security protection requirements are not clear |
3. Interpretation of the main contents of the standard
3.1 Scope of data collection
Wind turbine data: including key parameters such as operating status, fault recording, and vibration monitoring;
Substation measurement and control data: involving the status and measurement values of electrical primary and secondary equipment;
Meteorological system data: environmental factors such as wind speed, wind direction, and air pressure, supporting ultra-short-term predictions.
3.2 Technical requirements for data acquisition
- Acquisition accuracy: Analog quantity transmission across dead zone setting minimum value <0.1%
- Event sequence recording resolution: Single device ≤1ms, whole station ≤2ms
- Data storage: Support at least two years of historical data storage, with backup and recovery functions
4. Implementation suggestions
Data acquisition system selection: Preferably use equipment that supports multi-protocol communications such as MODBUS (TCP), OPCUA, DL/T 634.5104.
Network security protection: Follow the requirements of GB/T 28448, configure intrusion detection, log audit and other security equipment to ensure data remote transmission encryption processing.
Database management: Adopt a dynamically extended database architecture to support large-capacity storage and efficient query. It is recommended to conduct data verification and quality assessment regularly to improve data reliability.
