For the first time, a full life cycle assessment framework covering the design period (micro-site selection review, power generation guarantee deviation analysis), operation period (power curve compliance, PBA), and transformation period (load safety verification) was established.
2. Classification of innovative transformationThe transformation technologies are divided into 4 categories:
