Standard technical highlights

1. Multi-dimensional evaluation system

For the first time, a full life cycle assessment framework covering the design period (micro-site selection review, power generation guarantee deviation analysis), operation period (power curve compliance, PBA), and transformation period (load safety verification) was established.

2. Classification of innovative transformation

The transformation technologies are divided into 4 categories:

  • Optimization category: such as yaw zero calibration, cut-out wind speed adaptation
  • Component replacement category: VG vortex generator, blade tip winglet installation
  • Whole machine replacement category
  • Other categories (AGC field control optimization)

Key data specifications

Data typeIntegrity requirementsNormalization method
SCADA data≥90% effective completeness rate10min statistical value screening
Wind measurement data≥1 year complete cycleNacelle transfer function correction
Maintenance logFault classification codeIEC 61400-26-1 status classification

Implementation recommendations

Phase-based implementation strategy:
  1. Diagnosis period: Prioritize power curve compliance dispersion analysis (Formula 2)
  2. Retrofit period: Refer to Appendix D for blade stall risk assessment
  3. Verification period: Use the reference unit comparison method (Formula 14) to quantify the retrofit benefits

For wind farms with special terrain, it is recommended to supplement lidar wind measurement data to reduce the uncertainty of NTF correction (Appendix C).
