《GB/T 13981-2009小型风力机设计通用要求》由TC50（全国风力发电标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了小型风力机的设计总则、环境条件、气动设计、载荷、强度准则和结构设计。
本标准适用于风轮扫掠面积小于或等于200m2 的上风向水平轴风力机的设计;其他类型的风力机可参考使用。
Scope
This standard specifies the general design principles, environmental conditions, aerodynamic design, loads, strength criteria and structural design of small wind turbines. This standard is applicable to the design of upwind horizontal axis wind turbines with the swept area of the wind rotor less than or equal to 200 m2; other types of wind turbines can be used as a reference.
