《GB/T 22516-2015风力发电机组 噪声测量方法》由TC50(全国风力发电标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准提供了测量程序,以表征风力发电机组噪声辐射的特点。测量程序包括在风力发电机组附近测量位置处适合评价噪声辐射的测量方法,以避免声传播引起的误差,同时保证相对于有限声源尺寸足够远的测量距离。本标准给出的测量程序,在某些方面与区域环境噪声研究中所采用的程序不同,便于在一定风速和风向的变化范围内描述风力发电机组的噪声特性。测量程序的标准化也便于不同风力发电机组之间性能的比较。
测量程序提供了准确地测量单台风力发电机组噪声辐射特征的一致性方法。测量程序包括:
● 声学测量位置的定位;
● 声学、气象以及风力发电机组运行相关数据的采集要求;
● 对所采集数据的分析,测试报告的内容;

Scope

This standard provides measurement procedures to characterize the characteristics of noise emissions from wind turbines. The measurement procedure includes measurement methods suitable for evaluating noise radiation at measurement locations near the wind turbine, in order to avoid errors caused by sound propagation, while ensuring a sufficient measurement distance relative to the limited sound source size. The measurement procedures given in this standard are different from those used in regional environmental noise studies in some respects, and are convenient for describing the noise characteristics of wind turbines within a certain range of wind speed and wind direction. Standardization of measurement procedures also facilitates performance comparisons between different wind turbines. The measurement procedure provides a consistent method for accurately measuring the noise emission characteristics of a single wind turbine. Measurement procedures include: ? Location of acoustic measurement locations; ? Requirements for collection of acoustic, meteorological and wind turbine operation-related data; ? Analysis of collected data, content of test reports; ? Definition of specific noise radiation parameters, and environmental assessment Definitions of relevant terms used when This standard is not limited to a specific capacity or model of wind turbines. The procedures given in this standard can be used to fully describe the noise radiation of wind turbines. Measurement methods for small wind turbines are described in Appendix F.
