《GB/T 4454-1996硬质聚氯乙烯层压板材》由TC48（全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了硬质聚氯乙烯层压板材的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于以聚氯乙烯树脂为主要原料，加入稳定剂和其他助剂，经压延成薄片，再经层压制得的板材。

Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of rigid polyvinyl chloride laminated boards (hereinafter referred to as boards). This standard is applicable to boards made of polyvinyl chloride resin as the main raw material, added with stabilizers and other additives, calendered into thin sheets, and then laminated.
