Introduction
Analysis of the core framework of the standard
| Capability dimensions | Technical indicators | Test methods | Grading |
|---|---|---|---|
| Force-position coordinated control | Static force control error≤5% rated load | Step response test | A0-A3 level 4 |
| Position deviation compensation | Maximum compensation time≤18s | Pin hole test | Deviation tolerance classification |
| Anti-interference capability | Position error under vibration conditions≤12mm | Linear guide simulation | Interference intensity classification |
Key technical requirements
1. Force sensing component specifications
The standard requires that the force sensor must meet the following requirements: Accuracy ≤0.5%FS, sampling frequency ≥1000Hz, and calibration verification through standard force gauge. Typical application cases include medical robot surgery force feedback system.
2. Dynamic force control indicators
At 10% of the rated speed, the requirements for A3-level robots are:
• Average force control error≤2.5% of the rated load
• Maximum error≤5% of the rated load
For the test method, see Appendix A.6 Dynamic force control test process
Standard evolution analysis
Compared with GB/T 38559-2020, the innovations of this standard are:
1. For the first time, an evaluation system for task generalization capability is established
2. The statistical indicator of distribution standard deviation is added
3. The technical parameters for surface fitting scenarios are refined
Implementation suggestions
- During the development phase, priority should be given to meeting the force control step response index in 6.3.2
- Test fixtures with three types of curvature should be prepared for certification testing
- It is recommended to refer to Appendix B.4 for pre-assessment and grading
