Introduction
National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T44698-2024 Electric Ankle Joint Analysis
1. Background of Standard Formulation and Analysis of Technical Evolution
With the advancement of science and technology and the development of prosthetics technology, electric ankle joints are increasingly used in lower limb amputees. The formulation of this standard aims to standardize the technical requirements in this field and ensure the safety and reliability of the product.
Structure and composition of electric ankle joints
According to the structural diagram of Figure 1, the electric ankle joint is mainly composed of the following parts: motor (driving power source), transmission mechanism (transmitting power), ankle joint axis (connection and rotation fulcrum), battery (providing power), controller (core control unit) and sensor (data acquisition). These components work together to achieve adaptive control of the amputee's gait.
2. Technical Requirements Comparison Analysis Table
| Technical Indicators | Requirement Description | Importance Description |
|---|---|---|
| Torque Output | ≥5 N·m | Ensure the stability and safety of the ankle joint during load-bearing and movement. |
| Angle Adjustment | Support plantar flexion and dorsiflexion function simulation | Key technical requirements for achieving natural gait. |
| Dust and Waterproof Rating | IP33 | Adapt to complex environments and ensure long-term reliability of the equipment. |
Test Methods and Verification Standards
Testing is a key link in ensuring product quality. For example, in the torque output test (as shown in Figure 4), by applying pressure and measuring the force arm, it is calculated whether the output torque meets the requirements. This process requires precise measurement tools and strict operating specifications.
Implementation Recommendations and Precautions
Case Study: Practical Application of Electric Ankle Joint
In actual use, amputees should adjust the equipment parameters according to their own needs. For example, the damping torque is adjusted by the controller (as shown in Figure 5) to adapt to different ground conditions and walking speeds. In addition, regular maintenance and calibration are also important steps to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
