《GB/T 4476.1-2008金属船体制图 第1部分：一般规定》由TC12（全国海洋船标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
GB/T 4476《金属船体制图》分为四个部分，本部分为GB/T 4776的第1部分。
本部分代替GB/T 4476.1-1984《金属船体制图 一般规定》。
GB/T 4476的本部分规定了金属船体制图中所涉及到的术 语、图纸幅面、图样比例、书写方法、图线型式等内容。
本部分适用于民船和军用辅助船舶金属船体的制图。
本部分与GB/T 4476.1-1984相比，主要有下列变化：
――修改了“船体中线”、“中线面”、“设计水线”等术语的相关定义；
――第4章中修改了4.3，增加了4.4；
――第5章中修改了5.1.1、5.2.2，增加了5.1.2；
――修改了第6章；
Scope
This part of GB/T 4476 specifies the terminology, drawing format, drawing scale, writing method, drawing line type, etc. involved in the drawings of metal hull structures. This section applies to the drawing of metal hulls of civilian ships and military auxiliary ships.
