Standard Dimensions Technical Requirements Application Scenarios Comparative Analysis
Data Layer Includes storage specifications for document data, image data, audio data, and video data, emphasizing data transmission format and security. Applicable to the design and application of data interaction interfaces for medical terminal devices. Compared with the older standards, detailed specifications for multimedia data (audio, video) have been added to improve data compatibility.
Integration Layer Involves the integration of terminology packages, prototype packages, constraint packages, and rule packages to ensure structured management of health information. Used for integration and interoperability testing of medical data systems. Introducing the Unified Medical Language System (UMLS) and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Language System (TCMLS) to enhance semantic interoperability.
Management layer Covering the management of version information, audit information, and authentication information to ensure data security and standardization.
