《GB/T 45370-2025纺织品 纱线导电性能的测定》由TC209(全国纺织品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC209SC1(全国纺织品标准化技术委员会基础标准分会)执行,主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
This standard specifies the method of measuring the unit resistance of conductive yarn using a resistance tester, and is mainly applicable to blended or composite yarns containing conductive fibers. During the test, parallel yarn samples must be prepared under specific temperature and humidity conditions (20±5℃, 35±5%RH) using a dedicated sample preparation machine.
Comparison of key test parameters
| Test elements | Parameter requirements | Allowance deviation |
|---|---|---|
| Yarn spacing | 8mm | ±0.5mm |
| Pre-tension | 0.50cN/tex | ±0.10cN/tex |
| Effective length | 200mm | ±1mm |
| Measurement voltage | 50V/100V | DC ±5% |
Technology Evolution Analysis
Compared with earlier industry standards, this standard innovatively:
- Explicitly excludes the applicability of core-type conductive yarn
- Introduces shielding box design (mesh diameter ≥0.1mm) to eliminate electromagnetic interference
- Specifies high insulation test board (resistivity ≥1×1014Ω·m)
Implementation Suggestions
Typical application case: When a manufacturer of anti-static workwear fabrics tested conductive yarns in accordance with this standard, it was found that:
- When the test environment humidity was >40%, the resistance value fluctuated by 15%
- When 50V voltage is used to test 1×106Ω sample, the data stability is better than 100V
It is recommended to establish a daily calibration system, focusing on:
- Shielding box sealing inspection
- Monthly test of sample board insulation performance
- Sample making machine yarn guide ring wear monitoring
Result judgment points
The final unit resistance is calculated according to the formula RL=(∑Ri×50)/(n×L). Please note:
- When Ri≤1×103Ω, directly determine RL≤1×103Ω/cm
- Rounding rules follow GB/T 8170 and retain two significant figures
- The test range of 5 samples should be ≤ 20% of the average value
