Interpretation of the core content of the standard

This standard specifies the method of measuring the unit resistance of conductive yarn using a resistance tester, and is mainly applicable to blended or composite yarns containing conductive fibers. During the test, parallel yarn samples must be prepared under specific temperature and humidity conditions (20±5℃, 35±5%RH) using a dedicated sample preparation machine.

The final unit resistance is calculated according to the formula RL=(∑Ri×50)/(n×L). Please note:

  • When Ri≤1×103Ω, directly determine RL≤1×103Ω/cm

  • The test range of 5 samples should be ≤ 20% of the average value
