Introduction

Analysis of the core framework of the standard

Life cycle stage Key elements Data requirements Typical emission sources
Raw material acquisition Resin synthesis, additive production Primary data ≥ 80% Petroleum refining, logistics and transportation
Production and processing Injection molding/blow molding and other processes Accurate measurement of energy consumption Electricity, foaming agent leakage
Transportation and storage stage Transportation distance and method Logistics document traceability Diesel combustion emissions

Key technical points

Global warming potential (GWP) application specifications

The standard stipulates that the data of the IPCC Sixth Assessment Report must be used, among which the 100-year GWP value of methane is 27.9 and that of nitrous oxide is 273. The GWP value of hydrofluorocarbon foaming agents generally exceeds 1000, and special attention should be paid to emission control of processing technologies such as polyurethane foam.

Solutions to implementation difficulties

  1. Data collection:It is recommended to establish a three-level data management system (metering instrument → production ledger → ERP system)
  2. Allocation principle:Physical allocation method (such as production labor ratio) is preferred when multiple products are produced on the same line
  3. Uncertainty control:Key parameters need to undergo ±15% sensitivity analysis

Industry application suggestions

Take PE agricultural film as an example. 70% of its carbon footprint is concentrated in the raw material stage. The use of recycled materials can reduce emissions by 15-20%. Injection molding companies should focus on monitoring the energy consumption of the hydraulic system, which accounts for more than 40% of emissions in the production stage.
