《GB/T 4545-2007玻璃瓶罐内应力试验方法》由TC377(全国日用玻璃标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了测定与玻璃瓶罐退火状态有关的相应光程差的试验方法。本标准适用于评价玻璃瓶罐的退火质量,控制玻璃瓶罐或类似玻璃成分组成的其他产品的质量。本标准修改采用美国ASTM C148-00《玻璃瓶罐内应力检验方法》。


Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the test method for measuring the corresponding optical path difference related to the annealed state of glass bottles and cans. The following two methods are optional. Method A: Use a polarizer to compare with a set of standard sheets. Method B: direct measurement with a polarimeter. 1.2 Method A is suitable for measuring samples whose optical path difference is less than 150nm, and method B is suitable for measuring samples whose optical path difference is less than 565nm. 1.3 Method A is suitable for measuring samples whose optical path difference is less than 150nm, and method B is suitable for measuring samples whose optical path difference is less than 565nm. 1.3 When measuring the bottom stress of glass bottles and jars, the effect of glass thickness can be converted by formula (1). T=T (4.06/t).....(1) T——True stress level; T apparent stress level; t bottom thickness, in millimeters (mm). 1.4 These two test methods are suitable for evaluating glass The annealing quality of bottles and jars controls the quality of glass bottles and jars or other products composed of similar glass components.
