《GB/T 455-2002纸和纸板撕裂度的测定》由TC141（全国造纸工业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了纸和纸板撕裂度的测定方法。本标准适用于撕裂度在仪器范围内的低定量纸板。本标准不适用于瓦楞纸板，但可适用于瓦楞原纸；不适用于测定高度定向的纸张的横向撕裂度。
Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of tearing strength of paper and board. This standard applies to low-weight paperboard with a tear within the range of the instrument. This standard is not applicable to corrugated cardboard, but it is applicable to corrugated base paper; it is not applicable to the determination of transverse tear of highly oriented paper.
