Key technical requirements
Safety design: The unit must be equipped with a CO₂ safety pressure relief device, and the test pressure for the sealing of the refrigeration system pipeline is ≤133Pa. After the 24h salt spray test, the rust spot area of the electroplated parts is ≤1mm²/100cm².
Performance verification: The measured heating capacity must be ≥95% of the nominal value, and the power consumption must be ≤110% of the nominal value. The noise limit is controlled according to the heating capacity, such as ≤35kW units must be ≤66dB(A).
Test method innovation
- Liquid refrigerant method is used to measure heating capacity, and the accuracy requirement is water temperature ±0.1℃
- Steam type units use pipeline electric heater compensation method, SP value ≤500kW·h/t
- Defrost test requires cycle ≤ total duration 20%, and electric heating pipe direct heating defrost is prohibited
Implementation suggestions
1. Model matching: For ultra-low temperature environments, ultra-low ambient temperature units are preferred, and the nominal COP is allowed to be reduced by 0.3
2. Energy efficiency optimization: HSPF calculation uses Beijing/Mohe meteorological data, and it is recommended to clean the evaporator regularly to maintain a coefficient of ≥2.7
3. Safe operation and maintenance: R744 marking must be permanently maintained, and pressure vessels must be inspected annually according to TSG21 specifications
