Analysis of the core content of the standard
GB/T 45679-2025 standard systematically regulates the technical system of high-power spinning dies, focusing on the design requirements of the three core components of core mold, unloading device and tail top device. The standard clearly divides spinning dies into two types according to deformation characteristics: shear spinning and flow spinning, and formulates differentiated technical specifications for different process characteristics.

Structural design points
4.1 Core mold selection specifications
The standard clearly stipulates: when the minimum diameter of the core mold body is <150mm, a solid structure should be adopted, and when it is ≥150mm, a hollow structure is recommended. The hollow structure must meet the following requirements:
- Wall thickness> 3 times the thickness of the blank and ≥50mm
- Must be equipped with a special plug component
4.2 Connection method selection
Two connection schemes are provided according to the difference in machine tool interface size:
- Split type: Suitable for occasions with large differences in interface size
- Integral type: Preferred when the core mold size is close to the machine tool interface
Fitting tolerance requirements: H7/u6 is used for boltless connection and H7/p6 is used for bolted connection

The standard stipulates the use of a variety of testing methods such as a three-coordinate measuring instrument and a special plug gauge:
- Outer diameter measurement: micrometer 4-point measurement method (45° interval)
- Roundness detection: 1/2 of the maximum and minimum diameter difference
- Straightness: Dial indicator measuring 4 evenly distributed generatrixes

6.1 Manufacturing process optimization
The following process routes are recommended:
- Leave 2-3mm margin after rough machining
- Stress relief annealing
- Fine machining to the upper limit of size
- Vacuum quenching + cryogenic treatment
- Finally fine grinding to meet the standard
6.2 Key points of quality control
- Establish SPC control chart for key dimensions
- Perform hardness gradient detection for each batch
- Use blue light scanning for full surface verification
