Introduction

Standard Framework and Technological Evolution

As an extension of the GB/T 32852 series of standards, this standard establishes for the first time a complete classification system and quantitative grading indicators for public bus and tram stations. Compared with the 2011 version of CJJ/T15 specification, the main breakthroughs are reflected in:

Explanation of core terms

Standard unit (3.5): Standard unit for vehicle conversion, such as 12-meter bus = 1 standard unit, 18-meter articulated vehicle = 1.5 standard units. Application case: 40 12-meter buses + 10 18-meter articulated vehicles are parked at a terminal at night, then the total number of standard units = 40×1+10×1.5=55 standard units.

Four categories of hub stations (Table 1): Taking Beijing West Railway Station as an example, it connects both railways (external transportation) and subways (urban transportation), and is a Class I hub station, which needs to be equipped with ≥20 departure positions.


Key points for implementing the classification

Logic of hub station classification

Level 1 hub stations (≥20 departure spaces) are suitable for comprehensive transportation hubs, such as Shanghai Hongqiao Station; Level 2 hub stations (10-19 departure spaces) are suitable for regional transfer centers; Level 3 hub stations (<10 departure spaces) are suitable for community micro hubs.

Composite determination of terminal stations

Case: A terminal station has 50 parking spaces (Level 2) at night and 5 routes (Level 2) are originated. It is determined as Level 2 according to the higher principle; if it originates 7 routes (Level 1), it is upgraded to Level 1.

Suggestions for the construction of new stations

  1. Complex development: Encourage the integrated construction of maintenance yards and parking lots to share maintenance equipment
  2. Flexible control: Mountainous cities can relax the floor area ratio restrictions and compensate for the lack of land through three-dimensional parking
  3. New energy adaptation: Charging piles are reserved for 30% of the number of vehicles, and 25㎡ of land is added for each pile
