Analysis of the standard technical framework

The specification system stipulates the technical requirements for the flue gas treatment system for 80-400 ton converters. The core consists of 6 major equipment, including evaporative cooler, cylindrical electrostatic precipitator, etc., with a flue gas treatment capacity of 50,000-300,000m³/h and a maximum temperature tolerance of 1100℃.

Technical innovation points

Dual-media spray gun technology: Adopting internal mixing/external mixing design, the pressure fluid is mixed to produce 10-100μm-level atomized particles, ensuring that the raw gas is quickly cooled to below 250℃.

Breakthrough in cylindrical electrostatic precipitator: The unique plug-shaped flow design increases the smoke residence time by 30%, and cooperates with the scraping device to achieve export dust ≤10mg/m³.


Implementation suggestions

  1. Installation phase: The ring beam pair of the electrostatic precipitator needs to be controlled by a laser rangefinder, and the diameter deviation is controlled within D/1000mm
  2. Debugging points: 72 hours of no-load operation must be completed before the load test, and the vibration value of the fan bearing must be monitored ≤4.5mm/s
  3. Safety protection: Fixed gas alarms should be installed around all equipment, and the alarm concentration should be set to 24ppm

Standard evolution analysis

Compared with the 2012 version of JB/T11312 standard, the new regulations have the following improvements:

  • Additional airtightness test requirements for gas coolers (maintaining pressure at 1.5 times the pressure for 60min)
  • Refine the installation tolerance of the scraping device of the electrostatic precipitator (±5mm)
  • Force the UPS power backup time to be ≥30 minutes
