Scope
This document specifies the classification, configuration, operating conditions, functional requirements, safety requirements, and performance requirements for intelligent charging and discharging equipment for electric vehicles, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document applies to intelligent charging and discharging equipment (hereinafter referred to as "charging and discharging equipment") between electric vehicles and the power grid. The grid-side rated voltage does not exceed 1000V AC or 1500V DC, and the maximum rated voltage on the electric vehicle side does not exceed 1000V AC or 1500V DC. This document applies to DC charging and discharging equipment that uses Charging Mode 4, permanently connected to the grid, as specified in GB/T 18487.1-2023, and AC charging and discharging equipment that uses Charging Mode 3, Connection Method C. This document applies only to grid-connected charging and discharging equipment. It does not apply to charging and discharging equipment connected to an isolated grid.
