《GB/T 4703-2007电容式电压互感器》由TC222(全国互感器标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准修改采用IEC60044-5:2004《互感器 第5部分:电容式电压互感器》。适用于连接到线与地之间的新的单相电容式电压互感器,其系统电压Um≥72.5kV,频率为15Hz-100Hz。它们为测量、控制和继电保护装置提供低电压。


Scope

This standard applies to new single-phase capacitive voltage transformers connected between the line and the ground, the system voltage Um≥72.5kV, and the frequency is 15Hz~100Hz. They provide low voltage for measurement, control and protective relaying. Capacitive voltage transformers can be equipped with wave accessories for power line carrier (PLC) systems with a carrier frequency of 30kHz to 500kHz. The following three standards form the basis of this standard: ——GB 1207, related to electromagnetic voltage transformers; ——GB/T 19749, related to coupling capacitors and capacitive voltage dividers; ——GB/T 7329, related to power line carrier (PLC) ) in conjunction with the device. Measurement functions include indication measurement and billing measurement.
