《GB/T 4728.8-2022电气简图用图形符号 第8部分:测量仪表、灯和信号器件》由TC27(全国电气信息结构、文件编制和图形符号标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Introduction
Core changes in the standard revision
| Dimension | 2008 version | 2022 version |
|---|---|---|
| New symbols | - | S01921 (sensor), S01922 (transmitter) |
| Symbol information volume | Single application annotation | Adopt IEC60617 database standard and add multi-dimensional attributes |
| Abolition processing | Direct deletion | Incorporated into Appendix NA (such as the old symbol for thermocouple in S00953) |
Application Specifications for Key Symbols
1. General Symbols for Measuring Instruments
Indicating Instruments (S00910) use a circular base, Recording Instruments (S00911) use a square base, and Integrating Instruments (S00912) are rectangular. The symbol should be marked inside:
- Symbol of the unit of measurement (such as V, A)
- Chemical formula (such as salt meter S00925)
- Functional graphic (such as the arrow of synchronization indicator S00920)
2. Comparison of typical instrument symbols
| Symbol number | Name | Key changes |
|---|---|---|
| S00933 | Electricity meter | New bidirectional energy measurement symbol (S00937) |
| S00952 | Thermocouple | Cancel the bold line representation of polarity and use S00077/S00078 uniformly |
| S01417 | Audio signal device | Integrate 4 types of symbols such as bell (S00970) and buzzer (S00973) |
Implementation suggestions
1. Principles for symbol selection
- Give priority to the new symbols added in the 2022 version (such as sensorS01921)
- Electric energy measurement needs to clarify the flow direction (one-way S00934/two-way S00937)
- Signal light color marking uses codes such as RD/YE/GN (see A00174)
2. Common Problem Avoidance
- Avoid mixing: Obsolete symbols in Appendix NA (such as gyroscope S00964) are no longer used
- Note the hierarchy: Instrument cluster symbols should be aligned horizontally/vertically (A00147)
- Marking specifications: The asterisk of transmitter S01922 needs to be replaced with ISO/IEC standard symbols
Technology Evolution Analysis
This standard inherits the multi-dimensional attribute system of the IEC60617 database. Each symbol contains:
| Attribute type | Example |
|---|---|
| Shape category | Circle (indicating instrument), rectangle (integrating instrument) |
| Function category | P (providing information), B (variable conversion) |
| Application category | Circuit diagram, installation diagram, etc. |
This system realizes the structured storage of symbol information, providing a basis for the intelligent calling of CAD tools.
