《GB/T 4728.8-2008电气简图用图形符号 第8部分：测量仪表、灯和信号器件》由TC27（全国电气信息结构、文件编制和图形符号标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
GB/T 4728《电气简图用图形符号》分为13个部分,本部分为GB/T 4728的第8部分，等同采用IEC 60617database《电气简图用图形符号》数据库标准（IEC60617_Snapshot_2007-08-03英文版）。GB/T 4728的本部分等同采用IEC 60617database，规定了电气简图中测量仪表、灯和信号器件的图形符号。本部分代替GB/T 4728.8-2000《电气简图用图形符号　第8部分：测量仪表、灯和信号器件》。

This section is part 8 of GB/T 4728 and identical to IEC 60617 database "Graphical symbols for diagrams" data base standard (IEC 60617 _Snapshot_ 2007-08-03 English edition).
This standard replaces GB/T 4728.8-2000 " Graphical symbols for diagrams--Part 8: Measuring instruments, lamps and signaling devices". Compared with GB / T 4728.8, changes are listed as following:

——According to IEC 60617 data base standard, more informationn is listed for each sign compared with the old edition.
The "replaced symbol" of this standard is the symbol replaced by present symbol which is the standard symbol. "Replacing symbol" of this standard is the symbol replacing the present symbol, which is abolished.
